Madrid Intercultural Architectural Design Workshop

Madrid Intercultural Architectural Design Workshop is a UPM Summer Course to be held at ETSAM Madrid School of Architecture directed by Juan Coll-Barreu from June 17 to July 4 2019. This is going to be the second edition of the course and will be focused on Hyper-Public. 

The architectural design workshop will be linked to the city of Madrid and its value as hyperpublic stage, landscape, room, canvas, technology, container and milestone. At the same time, there will be a reflection on current public places, their architecture, internationalization, connection, production, and consumption, as well as the capacity of cities to establish themselves as international hyperpublic nodes and their consequent links with society and territory.
