A crowd of friends and disciples of Carvajal are gathered today in Madrid to try to give our teacher a kind of gratitude that can never be enough. Schools of Architecture of Pamplona and Madrid have devoted the day to pay homage to one of its most charismatic professor. Throughout the day, we toured the city to visit many of his works. Una multitud de amigos y discípulos de Carvajal nos hemos reunido hoy en Madrid para intentar transmitir a nuestro maestro un cariñoso agradecimiento, que nunca será suficiente. Las Escuelas de Arquitectura de Pamplona y de Madrid han dedicado la jornada a rendir homenaje a uno de sus más carismáticos catedráticos de proyectos. Durante todo el día, hemos recorrido la ciudad para visitar muchas de sus obras. In the afternoon we visited Javier Carvajal, who welcome us with the same elegant sweetness with correcting our projects. During the academic ceremony held tonight at the Auditorium of the ETSAM, Jesús Aparicio has pronounced a gloss really touching, which included excerpts from a lecture of Carvajal speaking on Le Corbusier, of which is attached a fragment.
Por la tarde hemos visitado a Javier Carvajal, que nos ha recibido con la misma dulzura elegante con que corregía nuestros proyectos. Durante el acto académico, celebrado esta noche en el Salón de Actos de la ETSAM, Jesús Aparicio ha pronunciado una glosa realmente emotiva, que ha incluido extractos de una charla de Carvajal sobre Le Corbusier, de la que adjuntamos un fragmento.
