At home in Europe, of course.

The Bucharest architecture conference organizers have asked me a feedback from the Lecture in the Grand Ballroom of the JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. At the risk of seem like an obvious remark, I summarize with the expression that I felt at home in Europe. During the Conference we heard great German, Austrian, Dutch, Italian, Balkan... architects explain his work. The diversity and openness have been the only common feature of works as diverse as interesting. I have been able to confirm something I already knew: the Architecture is alive in the continent. How different the atmosphere that sometimes can experience in Spain, where a majority interest current ensures its own permanence and rejects "deviations", projective research and personal ways.
